We are now accepting applications for an Executive Assistant position to serve our Human Resource functions. The Executive Assistant to Human Resources will assist the Human Resource Director by coordinating and performing a variety of project management and executive assistant duties and support functions. The position shall assist in maintaining a professional, friendly, positive and respectful work atmosphere by coordinating and providing a full range of administrative functions for the Human Resource Department.

The Executive Assistant to Human Resources will work alongside the Human Resource Director and in collaboration with other Human Resource and Payroll staff, and district, departmental, and school-based leaders. The position facilitates and manages support for one-time and ongoing Human Resource related projects and manages tasks/resources as directed by the Human Resource Director. The Executive Assistant to Human Resources ensures timely and appropriate support and response regarding Human Resource initiatives, directives and projects as initiated by the Human Resource Director or other Human Resource Staff.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Proficient technology skills. Able to effectively and efficiently use database programs, web applications, spreadsheets and data tools, and word processing programs. Experience with Google Suite preferred. Ability to seek out resources to solve problems and continuously expand learning and competency
- Project management experience highly desired.
- Experience facilitating presentations and adult learning in a dynamic and proactive manner across multiple job levels in an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to use discretion and independent judgement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- High accuracy & attention to detail.
- Good general understanding of public education organizational and governance structures desirable.
- Understands the importance of establishing relationships and creating a maintaining a strong network both within and outside the organization.
- Proven ability to work effectively without specific direction, and with minimal supervision.
- Great interpersonal skills; ability to work cooperatively and effectively with teachers, administrators, support staff and other internal and external constituents.

Position pays $20.00 to $25.00/hour depending on experience. Excellent benefits package available including family medical and dental insurance; 30K term life insurance; professional development funds; retirement plan with up to 6% employer contribution; and paid vacation and other leaves.
