Job Description
Role
The Training Specialist will provide clerical and operational support for the Training Department at The Community Group.
Duties
• Develop a system to maintain grant documents and program files;
• Utilize systems to ensure accurate and timely collection and management of all related program data;
• Manage enrollment: track and process applications and provide programs and clients with exceptional service:
• Create and maintain marketing materials to promote TCG's training programs;
• Manage and maintain the training schedule;
• Draft all internal and external program communications;
• Support the Training Manager with recruitment and public relations; and
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
• Associates' or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required;
• Demonstrated attention to detail and client service orientation;
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) required;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Ability to build and sustain relationships within the community that result in effective professional development for adults and quality education for young children.
