Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a Learning Center Social Studies Tutor for the 2019-2020 school year.
Description:
The ILC Social Studies Tutor is a full-time position from 7:30 - 4 p.m. daily. The ILC Social Studies Tutor works with students individually or in small groups to solidify and deepen concepts students are learning in social studies classes. In addition, the Social Studies Tutor documents student progress while interacting with classroom teachers communicating the progress of individual students.
Qualifications:
Illinois Paraprofessional License (required)
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Social Studies endorsement preferred.
Knowledge of World History and U.S. History preferred.
