Requirements:

The school is seeking an ESL Certified Teacher who is also ELEMENTARY certified for the 2019-2020 school year. Candidates need to have excellent oral and written communication skills; a sound knowledge of how to use data to drive instruction; strong skills in differentiation; and inquiry based approaches to learning. The candidate must have experience in collaborative planning and working successfully with a team of teachers. The job requires a "Can-do" attitude. 

Certification:  State of NJ ESL AND PK-3 or K-6

Duties:

Classroom teacher responsible for designing rigorous, NJSLA aligned instruction; parent communication; collaborative planning; formative and summative assessment aligned to standards; ability to differentiate instruction for learners; strong behavior management skills; strong organizational skills.
