Summary
Gathers and rigorously analyzes data (student achievement, human resource, financial, etc.) from each functional area within the District to develop integrated performance reports.
Essential Functions:
1. Enhances and regularly reports on student and school profiles.
2. Maintains district data records for continual use and review.
3. Works with various district databases to provide regular reports which help to explain performance.
4. Analyzes student achievement data and prepares regular briefs that communicate findings and trends.
5. Works with program managers in Curriculum and Instruction, Technology, Human Resources, Finance, and Support Operations to develop and track performance measures.
6. Researches issues, compiles data, and prepares spreadsheets.
7. Attends conferences, workshops, visitations, and meetings to provide information and represent the Assistant Superintendent of Assessment and Accountability.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years experience gathering and analyzing data and preparing presentations for a diverse audience. Experience using Genesis (FOCUS), SAP, SPSS preferred. School-based and district-level experience is a plus.
Certifications & Licenses: NA.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Knowledge of federal, state, and district regulations related to performance analytics
• Knowledge of best practices in performance analytics
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software skills
• Strong time management skills

• Ability work in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to facilitate meetings effectively
