Full-Time Position (12-months)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience technical support;
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MIS;
- Excellent organizational, language and communication skills, both oral and written;
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to interact as a department team member with leadership, initiative, and creativity;
- Ability to exercise professional judgment and attitude in dealing with colleagues, other staff members;
- Ability to perform calmly and accurately, and maintain a professional demeanor in a stressful, rapid paced, multi-task oriented environment;
- Ability to solve complex practical and logistical problems;
- Ability to work independently;
- Programming and scripting experience, familiarity with educational software packages;
- Database development experience including SQL, MySQL, and Oracle;
- Expert knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms;
- Expert knowledge of hardware/software (A+) service and repair; and
- Knowledge of web design standards including experience with HTML and CSS.
Reports to: Director of Technology
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Starting Date: As Soon As Possible

Job Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, and evaluate technical staff;
- Schedule daily repair workload support requests for technicians;
- Coordinate long-term hardware and software projects;
- Provide phone-based technical support for district helpdesk;
- Manage and report on web-based helpdesk system;
- Maintain legacy and instructional applications and research replacement products;
- Assist Infrastructure Manager in maintaining district servers, backups, email, security, and phone system;
- Maintain district's communication and collaboration platform, network accounts, shared resources, and software policies;
- Oversee the maintenance and updating of the hardware and software inventory;
- Provide evening and weekend support as needed;
- Create and manage systems documentation for IT website;
- Assist with research and planning of new instructional hardware and software technologies;
- Assist Director of Technology with bid preparation;
- Assist and advise the parent helpdesk;
- Develop resource usage reporting and advise the Director on appropriate resource allocation;
- Processing of electronic data and report building for application integration and interoperability, including SIF administration, and single sign on platform;
- Coordinate and support the use of district's public facing content management web platform;
- Administer data policy, compliance, discovery, and legal matters;
- Manage district's fleet of cellular devices;
- Manage district's digital signage platform;
- Assist designing, maintaining, and supporting school based broadcast studios, live streaming platform, and associated equipment;
- Administer and coordinate support for WSPAC platform; and
- All other job functions as assigned by the Director of Technology.
