The Product Manager, HCM and ERP Solutions leader is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Learning Care Group's Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP product lines. This leader is responsible for managing the day-to-day run support activities for Oracle Cloud.

- Overall responsibility for Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud ecosystem working with the Functional Owners and Leaders.
- Day to day leadership of functional and technical resources
- Provide technical direction and guidance and provide hands on assistance with technical obstacles and identify when the resolution plan needs to change
- Maintain close coordination with Functional Owners; work with relevant leads to balance workload across resources/technology and application
- Change Control Board (CAB) Leader - responsible for leading Oracle CAB meeting and resolving priority issues with the business and relevant IT leadership
- Champion data security working with security lead to verify cross application security policies are in place and followed
- Mentor and provide leadership development to team members and promote continuous learning
- Work on identifying additional functionality from Oracle releases that could be considered and work with the COE's on adopting
- Lead the team to maintain overall release plans, release coordination, and instance management across Oracle Cloud Solution and associated applications
- Evaluate processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement required updates/enhancements in the context of a continuous improvement framework
Skills and Abilities:
- Experience working with HR or other enterprise systems and the configuration and maintenance thereof, including working specifically with the HCM module of a cloud-based application
- Thorough understanding of software development life cycles, development processes, and quality assurance roles within a project
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
- Hands on experience in Full Life Cycle implementation of the HCM Cloud product, from planning to configuration through go-live
- Managing cloud applications in ERP space for HR, Timekeeping or Payroll systems.
- Experience collaborating with Cloud Partners
- HCM/ERP Cloud, Cloud applications and maintenance support experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years management experience including proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions
- Minimum 5 years experience with project management
- Experience supporting HCM / ERP Cloud solutions (preferably Oracle) in last 12 months
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.) in a technical or business field; required
