Ability to adapt with flexibility in a non-traditional teaching environment
Ability to create and implement non-traditional teaching strategies to improve participation and

Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, both school-based and program-based.
Maintain availability to provide substitute coverage at the secondary level
