Overview
HCS - SACC
Responsibilities
Orient new personnel to the program's philosophy, provide leadership, purpose and goals.
Responsible for maintaining daily attendance, fee collection, reports and clerical tasks.
Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedure.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Supervise parent pick-up of students.
Assist staff in planning and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly student activites.
Plan and coordinate snack supplies and menus.
Provide leadership of appropriate behavior management techniques.
Develop and implement staff schedules.
Work schedule approximately 6:00AM to 8:30AM, and 2:30PM to 6:00PM, and full days when regular school is not is session.
18 hours of in-service training annually.
Must be able to work flexible schedule.
Assume other duties assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications
Must have high school diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Previous experience in HCDE Child Care Program preferred with five years experience.
Perform duties under general supervision requiring the ability to utilize good judgement.
Must have an ability to deal with a variety of persons and situations requiring a high degree of professionalism.
Considerable attention to detail and accuracy is required.
Must be able to cooperate with students, parents, staff, teachers, principal, and SACC personnel.
Must be CPR & First Aid certified.
Must be 21 years old.
