**This position is an ESSER funded position through June 2024. This position is not eligible for tenure.
The role of the ESSER Instructional Coach is to provide schools with support to implement district-wide interventions and academic programs to help students recover from the loss of instructional time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The ESSER Instructional Coaches will receive direct or support from the Academic Division to assist schools with planning and implementing evidence-based practices to increase student achievement.
**Current BCS employees will not be able to move into the Instructional Coach position if movement will create a vacancy.
Your movement will be held until your position is back filled.
Duty Days : 187

Salary Range: From/To : Certified Schedule 16 (Level 1, 2, 3, 4) $42, 424 - $75, 760
