- Applitrack application
- 1 letter of recommendation from your University
- Resume
- Cover Letter/ Letter of Intent
- Copy of University/College Transcripts
- Covid Vaccine Card
- Work History
- Anticipated date of Graduation

Procedures for Placement:

- Covid Vaccine Card
- Your TB Test & Physical
- A fingerprint background test through Accurate Biometrics
- DCFS Certification
