Qualifications:
Master's degree. Five years of progressively more responsible experience in field of specialty. Project Management Professional Certification; Master Project Manager Certification; Postgraduate educational license and/or endorsement in administration and supervision preK-12 preferred. Knowledge of project management principles, practices, methods, current trends, materials, and software. Knowledge of grants management and, in particular, ESSER funding. Knowledge of online training applications. Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting. Proven project management skills and the ability to successfully manage and execute complex projects through to on-time completion. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee project work/activities with multiple deliverables. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with other professionals within the school community. Attention to detail and skilled in critical thinking and problem solving. Presentation skills, and ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
