We are seeking a multifaceted, innovative Senior Project Manager who excels at leading highly effective internal teams and external vendors to drive customer focused projects forward. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to interact externally and internally across senior levels of the organization. Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are crucial as the role will act as the daily liaison for projects that impact multiple departments across the business as well as vendors and our customers. The person in this role exercises good judgment and has the ability to influence, making data-centric decisions using their experience in successful program/project management. We are searching for a motivated, highly collaborative individual who is excited about the contributions we are making to the world of education.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage timelines, team allocation, and external resources across key projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead all aspects of project communication and timeline from initiation and planning through execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate alignment of resources for all current and upcoming project requests.
  • Review project requests to identify needs, define success, and equip team members with clear direction and guidance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Facilitate regular stand up meetings with key partners to measure project progress against goals, objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project operations, audit assignment status, establish expectations, provide status updates, and field feedback.
  • Coordinate meetings with key partners related to project execution and provide updates to leadership.
  • Support vendor relationships.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years project management experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Established project leadership experience, managing large-scale projects with multiple key partners and complex roadmaps.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Track record of successfully prioritizing work and delivering high-quality projects on time in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Approaches work with excellent attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project leadership experience within a SaaS environment.
