Description of Service Opportunity:
The CRLS Substance Abuse After-school Program Coordinator is responsible for implementing and assessing an evidence-based substance abuse intervention program for high school students after school. Responsibilities include:
- substance abuse assessment and overall risk and diagnostic information
- individual and group counseling
- treatment planning and case management
- psycho-education, pre- and post-testing to assess change in attitude, knowledge, and behaviors regarding substance use
- coordinate family involvement and support and aftercare planning.

Mimimum Requirement/Job Qualifications:
- licensed social worker (LICSW)
- DOE Certified School Adjustment Counselor
- 5 years clinical experience working with adolescents
- 5 years substance abuse counseling experience
- experience at CRLS preferred.
The Coordinator will be paid at the hourly rate of $36.00 per hour; not to exceed 50 hours or $1,800.

Contract Dates:
October 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022

Contract Amount
$36.00 per hour, Not to exceed $1,800.00
